In our pho, we limit the use of high sodium ingredients, like MSG, in an effort to bring you a healthier dining option. The flavor in our pho comes naturally from simmering beef bones for over 20 hours with a variety of traditional Vietnamese spices and herbs that elevate the broth and delight the senses.

LOW SODIUM BEEF BONE BROTH
We spend most of our time simmering and perfecting our beef bone broth! We simmer our soup stock for over 20 hours with various, dried, preserved, and fresh ingredients that all work to maximize the flavor potential in every spoonful! We leave out and replace high sodium ingredients which results in a lighter, healthier soup that does not compromise on flavor!
FRESH BAKED BREAD DAILY
We’ve partnered with a local bakery based in Brooklyn that makes french bread loafs specially for us! Our bánh mì (vietnamese sandwiches) features these french loafs that are baked and delivered to all of ourdaily!
MADE FROM SCRATCH
We are a specialty concept that focuses on higher quality dishes by limiting our menu to only what we do best! In doing so, we are able to make everything in house! From the sauces all the way to the pickles (and all dishes in between) everything is made from scratch!
